**** SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0085 dated 26.08.2022, registered under section 306 IPC at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran. This is a case where the wife of the petitioner has allegedly committed suicide. The FIR was registered by the mother of the deceased after she was informed about her daughter's death, and when she came to her daughter's matrimonial home, the conduct of the petitioner, in not informing the police itself, casts a doubt about his conduct. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner may be required for this purpose.

In view thereof, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
