None for the petitioner Mr. Munish Sharma, AAG, Haryana, for the respondent Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Satish Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kharkhoda at Sonipat. It has been submitted by the State that the present petitioner Madhu Sharma is a chronic litigant and is habitual to make such complaints and till date 114 complaints, detailed in the reply, have been filed by her against various persons. No one in the village has escaped from dragnet of false implication. It is further submitted that as per the report of the police and as per inquiry, there is only dispute of civil nature between the petitioner Madhu Sharma and other villagers and there is no such incident has ever taken place.
In view of the aforesaid and the fact that there is no DALBIR SINGH TIWANA 2016.05.17 10:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
Criminal Writ Petition No. 588 of 2016 -2representation on behalf of the petitioner, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is dismissed as such.
