(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the petitioner was duped of his money by respondents No.4 and 5 along with two unknown ladies on the pretext of getting him married to one of them. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised the said grievance before respondent No.3 by filing a representation dated 'nil' (Annexure P-3), but no action has been taken so far on the said representation and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.3 to decide the representation dated 'nil' (Annexure P-3) by passing an NARESH KUMAR 2021.08.19 16:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Mr. Gaurav Bansal, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State.
Learned State counsel raises no objection with regard to prayer of the petitioner for deciding the representation dated 'nil' (Annexure P-3) by respondent No.3 in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner in representation dated 'nil' (Annexure P-3), respondent No.3 is directed to decide the representation dated 'nil' (Annexure P-3) by passing a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Present writ petition stands disposed of.
