State of Punjab .................Respondent Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice H. S. Madaan Present: Mr. D.K. Sihag, Advocate for the petitioner.

H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurmail Singh, states that all the prosecution witnesses have since been examined in the trial Court and the case is fixed for today for defence evidence of the accused.
Since the case is at the fag end and trial is likely to be concluded in near future, no ground is there to grant the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner pending trial. The petition stands dismissed accordingly.
