This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents to take action on the representation dated 04.8.2020 for registration of case under Section 295-A IPC and under the Cyber Law against respondent No. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved a representation dated 4.8.2020 (Annexure P-1) to Director General of Police, Punjab-respondent No. 2 but no action has been taken on the same so far.
