Vide order dated 12.07.2023, learned counsel for the petitioners had been duly informed through email as well as on telephone. Today in the first round, a request for pass over was made, but even on second call, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

Learned State counsel reiterates that there is no threat perception and rather the petitioners had categorically stated before them that they shall withdraw the present petition. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the competent authorities, in case, any threat perception persists.
