Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Rajinder Kumar, Superintendent, Department of Health, states that the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment shall be considered within a period of 3 months, keeping in view the judgment passed by this Court in State of Punjab and another vs. Amarjit Kaur, LPA-462-2021, decided on 25.01.2023 as also the instructions dated 29.01.2024 issued by the Govt., which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
