(Oral) Challenge in present writ petition is to the impugned order dated 17.07.2012 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent no.2- Director General of Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department, Haryana, Panchkula whereby services of the petitioner have been terminated. Even representation (Annexure P-4) in this regard was also made in August 2012. No explanation has come forth in approaching this Court after expiry of more than 07 years. Writ petition is hit by doctrine akin to delay and laches. Dismissed.
