The petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.188, dated 13.10.2014 registered at Police Station Sadar Jalandhar, District Jalandhar, under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 103 and 104 of Trade Marks Act, 1999 and all subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

Mr. Harsh Chopra, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and has filed memorandum of appearance, which is taken on record. 3.

Since the FIR in question has already been quashed by this Court vide order of even date passed in CRM-M-8338-2023, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
