*** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner for directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the appeal dated 17.02.2023 (Annexure P-8) pending before the Director General, State Transport Haryana within a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, time bound direction is given to the respondent to decide his appeal (Annexure P-8).

Notice of motion.

Mr. Saurabh Mohunta, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. He submits that the said appeal will be decided by the respondent in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order.

Keeping in view the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of as having been not pressed any longer. Ordered accordingly.
