RAJIV NARAIN RAINA, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed claiming correction of the provisional list of candidates likely to be selected for the post of TGT (Math). Objections have been invited by the Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan Authorities to point out whether there are any errors in computing the result. In this situation, the petitioner is free to object before the competent authority amongst the respondents asking them to redress the grievance and to correct the wrong perceived by the petitioner who claims to have higher merit than a person namely, Shweta Rani who has secured 50.1345 at Sr. No.237 as against 56.7644 secured by the petitioner, both of whom belong to the Backward Class category.

Since the list is provisional, the writ is premature and is accordingly dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to pursue her objections before the authorities.
