(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the online status dated 24.02.2025 (Annexure P-16) showing rejection of building plan approval of plot No.243 with Reference ID ANBP/82010/2024 of the plot owned and possessed by the petitioner as the same has been rejected by respondents in an illegal manner. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
