CRR-3238-2017 For the reasons assigned in the order dated 16.03.2017 passed in CRR-4772-2016 (Directorate of Enforcement vs State of Punjab and others) and other connected cases (Annexure P-8), coupled with the consent given by learned counsel for the contesting respondents, the present petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 15.05.2017 passed by Special Court, SAS Nagar, Mohali, is set aside and the trial arising out of FIR No.56 dated 15.05.2013, Police Station Banur, District Patiala, registered under Sections 21/22/25/27/29/61 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Sections 411/473/120B IPC and Sections 24/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 is ordered to be transferred to the Special Court under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, at Mohali. [2] Ordered accordingly.
