Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present petition, the pay has now been restored from the date of order of downgrading, however, the recovery that had been effected, ought to be refunded for which, he will submit a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, which learned State counsel has no objection. 2.

Disposed of. In case, petitioner submits a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be decided within a further period of 6 months, in accordance with law.
