(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the instant writ petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that impugned charge-sheet dated 12.05.2016 (Annexure P-6) to which the petitioner has laid challenge, has been cancelled by the Army Authorities, vide order dated 08.06.2016 (Annexure R-3/2).
In view of the above, the instant Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
