JUSTICE SANDEEP MOUDGIL Present: Mr. Mohit Jaggi, Advocate, for the petitioner --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 4.4.2024 (Annexure P-4), passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Panchkula, in CRA No.48 of 2024 dated 7.3.2024, titled Amrinder Pal Singh v. Luxmi Associates Private Limited, arising out of NACT No.62 of 2018, registered on 12.1.2018 decided on 29.2.2024 (Annexure P-1).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the lower Appellate Court, with the reasons/grounds on which he is asking for the waiver of 20% of the compensation amount as stipulated under Section 148 of the N.I. Act, who shall adjudicate afresh by passing order in the light of 'Jamboo Bhandari v. M.P. State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. and others', decided on 4.9.2023.
