(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the FIR No.0166 dated 30.05.2017 registered under Section 381 of IPC at Police Station Division-E, District Police Commissioonerate Amrtisar (Annexure P-1) and order dated 07.06.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by Ld. Addl. CJM Amritsar vide which the untraced report filed by the prosecution agency has been rejected and further investigation has been ordered.

The learned counsel for the State, at the very outset, submits that pursuant to the order dated 07.06.2023 yet another cancellation report has been submitted.
