This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 198 dated 25.08.2017 under sections 436/427/148/149/120-B IPC and section 4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 and 3/4 Explosive Act 1908 at Police Station Sangat, district Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated 07.03.2018, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 07.03.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
