SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (Oral) This petition has been filed under Article 26 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents. 2.

Today, learned State counsel has produced a copy of the speaking order dated 09.05.2025 passed on the representation dated 06.05.2025 filed by the petitioners, a copy of which has been taken on record, and a copy of the same supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner as well. 3.

So far as, direction to Station House Officer concerned to produce respondent Nos.4 and 5 before this Court, it is intimated that private respondents are not residing at the given address. An FIR bearing No.198 dated 07.05.2025 under Section 137(2), 142 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, has been registered at Police Station, Budhana, District Muzafarnagar (U.P.) at the behest of brother of petitioner No.2. 4.

In the light of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
