On 19.08.2021, the following order was passed:- "This petition has been filed by the wife seeking the transfer of the petition filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, bearing no. HMA/132/2021 titled as 'Rahul Walia vs. Sunidhi Walia' pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalandhar to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Rajpura, District Patiala.

The petitioner claims that she got married to the respondent on 02.06.2011.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner further contends that a petition filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, is already pending in Family Court, Camp Court, Rajpura.

Notice of motion for 07.09.2021.

The liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve the respondent through his counsel Sh. Neeraj S Luthra, District Court, Jalandhar.

TA-729-2021 (O&M) Keeping in view the facts noticed in the order dated 19.08.2021, the petition is allowed. The proceedings of HMA/132/2021 (Rahul Walia vs. Sunidhi Walia) pending in the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court-I, Jalandhar, are ordered to be transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Rajpura, District Patiala. The transferor Court is requested to remit the case file to the transferee Court forthwith. The parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Rajpura, on 06.10.2021. The respondent shall be at liberty to file an application before the Court at Rajpura for referring the matter to the Mediation center which will be considered sympathetically.

All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
