Notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 3 only. Mr. Arun K. Kaundal, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 and waives service.

Considering the nature of order being passed, no reply is necessary to be filed.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to take up the pending appeal along with the stay application on the next date of hearing i.e. 25.08.2022.

Till the decision of the stay application, there shall be a stay of order of the Commissioner.
