Th hrough the instant petition u under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nag garik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS'), the petitioner seek s anticipatory bail in case FIR R No.299 dated 10.10.2023 registered unde er Sections 21(b), 20(b)(ii)B o of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Su ubstances Act (Section 29 of the e NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station n Industrial Area Bhiwani, Distr rict Bhiwani.

Vi de order dated 04.05.2026 p passed by this Court, the petitioner was released on interim bail a and was directed to join investigation.

As such, without commentin ng on merits of case, it is observed that a a case for release of petitioner o on anticipatory bail is made out. Accordingl ly, the petition is allowed and th he order 04.05.2026 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute e, subject to compliance of conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of BNSS S.
