Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.131 dated 16.11.2025 under Sections 109, 115(2), 3(5), 117(2) (added later on) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sadar Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2.
