**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to issue passport to her.
Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, submits that the petitioner may be directed to appear before passport authorities which would look into her grievance and redress the same. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before respondent No.2 on 17.07.2023 along with all the requisite documents. On doing so, the competent authority would pass an appropriate order within 04 weeks from today.
