There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Repeatedly orders are being passed granting last opportunity to the petitioners to address arguments.

The present petition has been filed inter alia praying for issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus to produce the detenue-Atul Sharma but there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners for the last four dates right from 31.03.2022.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No. 6 submits that nothing survives in the present petition, as the detenue has been released and appropriate action has also been taken against the private PARUL 2024.01.16 17:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document respondents, who had illegally detained the detenue.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to take all appropriate remedies available to him under law. 5.
