This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 19.09.2024 passed in CWP-23948-2017. 2.

Compliance report has been filed in Court, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. As per the reply, all the directions as given in the order dated 19.09.2024 passed in CWP-23948-2017 have since been complied with. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present contempt petition. However, he seeks liberty to avail his remedies as available as he is aggrieved by the quantum of back wages which have been awarded.
