Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned transfer order dated 14.08.2020 (Annexure P-2).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suffering from severe medical ailments and he will be satisfied, in case liberty is given to the petitioner to move a representation to respondent No.4-Director General of Secondary Education, Haryana, raising his grievance and respondent No.4 is directed to decide the same within a stipulated period.
