(ORAL) The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned instructions dated 19.01.2023 (Annexure P-9) and 17.04.2023 (Annexure P-10) issued by the respondents.
