Learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 4 to 7 submits that custody of the child was forcibly taken by the petitioner and FIR No. 62 dated 04.05.2016 was registered against him at Police Station Dayalpura, District Bathinda. The police after taking custody of child from petitioner has handed over the same to her mother-respondent no. 4. None has appeared for the petitioner.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
