**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 20 dated 9.3.2017, registered under Sections 366, 380, 120-B IPC, Police Station Sadar Fazilka. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 7.3.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel submits that the girl has not been recovered. She further submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. Petitioner is the wife of the friend of the boy who is said to have taken the victim. It is stated that the girl was major. Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 7.3.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2018.07.26 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
