[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

[2] This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. was filed for issuance of directions to respondents No. 3 to 6 to not harass the petitioner.

[3] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was compromised and petition for quashing of FIR has been filed. He submits that no cause of action survives for pursing the present petition.
