ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking issuance of appropriate directions to respondent No.2 to transfer the investigation of FIR No.0103 dated 08.07.2021 under Sections 376, 420, 506, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Dakha, District Ludhiana Rural. 2.

Status report by way of an affidavit of Amandeep Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dakha, District Ludhiana (Rural) filed by learned State counsel, is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. It has been stated in the status report that both the accused in the present case, namely, Paramjit Singh and Nirmal, have since been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by the learned Additional AMAN JAIN 2023.10.21 11:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

Learned State counsel has further pointed out that after completion of the investigation, challan has also been presented on 31.08.2023.

In view of the above, no further orders need to be passed in the present case.
