The prayer in the present petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ or direction or order for directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondent No.4. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.M.S.Nagra, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner would be satisfied if her representations, dated 21.06.2021 and 10.07.2021, Annexures P-2 and P-3 are decided expeditiously.
