Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that issue involved is pending before Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(C)-191582024. They submit that instant petitions may be disposed of in terms of order dated 23.09.2025 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP25967-2025 titled as 'Sant Kumar and Ors. Vs. State of Haryana and Ors.'. The relevant extracts of order dated 23.09.2025 are reproduced as below:- "3. In view of the aforesaid observations, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of order dated 16.09.2025 passed in the case of Dharambir and Others (Supra). However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to revive the present petition in the event the Hon'ble Apex Court takes a different view in the matter with what has been taken by this Court."

Learned State counsel concedes that claim of petitioners would be reconsidered, the moment aforesaid SLP is adjudicated or any other judgment is passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court on the issue involved.
