(Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents No.2 to 4 for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners and not to interfere in the peaceful life of the petitioners at the behest of respondent No.5 and other relatives. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
