**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Admittedly, civil suit filed by respondent No.4 and counter claim filed by the petitioners are pending before the Civil Court.

Application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC filed by the petitioners seeking to restrain the respondent No.4 from interfering or intermeddling into the possession of the petitioners was dismissed by the trial Court vide order dated 14.09.2020. The said order was upheld by the lower Appellate Court on 28.10.2020 and even Civil Revision No.1606 of 2021 has been dismissed by the High Court.
