HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) 1.
The instant revision petition has been preferred by the petitioner against the judgment dated 27.07.2017, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Faridabad, whereby the judgment of conviction dated 06.10.2015 and order of sentence dated 08.10.2015, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad, has been set-aside and the respondent has been acquitted for the charges levelled against him in a criminal complaint filed by the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
2.
The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The situation was not different even on the last date of hearing. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
3.
In view of the above, having left with no other option, present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. (HARPREET SINGH BRAR) JUDGE 06.02.2025 yakub Whether speaking/reasoned:
