******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that total custody period of the petitioner is now 5 years and 2 months. He was declined parole vide order dated 14.02.2017 on the ground that he has not completed 5 years of imprisonment by that time. After completing imprisonment of five years, the petitioner has become entitled to be released on parole. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to respondents to reconsider the case of petitioner in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
