(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to respondent No.1 to take action and decide representations dated 21.09.2017 (Annexure P-1) and 02.11.2017 (Annexure P-2) as respondent No.2 has not taken any action on the representations / complainants against respondent No.4 and rather has harassed the petitioner through respondent No.3 Constable Sunil Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.1 be directed to look into the representations dated 21.09.2017 (Annexure P-1) and 02.11.2017 (Annexure P-2) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.
