(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case the trial is at its fag end inasmuch as statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C. already stands recorded. He has thus submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, at this stage.

In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage. However, in case there is any inordinate delay in conclusion of trial, it shall be open to the petitioner to approach this Court again.
