AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press petition qua appointment of private respondent as Principal but submits that though during the tenure of Administrator, petitioner was given charge of Principal and Laxmi Narain Sharma, SDM was appointed as Administrator, vide order dated 03.03.2017 but after his expiry of tenure, SDM was again appointed as Administrator, vide order dated 06.07.2017 by the Principal Secretary to Government of Haryana Industries and Commerce Department which was stayed by this Court, vide order dated 26.07.2017 passed in CWP No.16322 of 2017, thus, in such circumstances, order dated 11.02.2019 appointing Laxmi Narain Sharma on the post of Principal requires to be revived but after that private respondent has been appointed as Principal and during pendency of writ petition, petitioner has not been allowed to work as Teacher and urges this Court for issuance of appropriate directions to the SAVITA KADIAN 2019.09.27 10:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh

Since the petitioner has not made any representation, I deem it appropriate to grant him an opportunity to submit the representation with regard to grievance expressed orally before this Court regarding not permitting him to mark presence and impart the education. In such circumstances, petitioner is directed to make a representation before the Management and District Education Officer within a period of four days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, who shall decide the same one week thereafter, after affording the opportunity of hearing to him in accordance with law.
