The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 24.04.2023 passed by the Family Court, Jalandhar whereby the application filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by the respondent herein was allowed. 3.

As per the E-courts website of District Courts, Jalandhar the main petition itself stands dismissed in default on 30.09.2024 and hence the present petition has since been rendered infructuous. Otherwise also the impugned order is amenable to appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 4.
