(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that initially, FIR was registered under Sections 364-A, 506, 511 IPC but subsequently, charges were framed under Sections 506 and 34 IPC and are triable by the Magistrate. He further submits that the petitioner was released on bail vide order dated 28.02.2019 and the present petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
