(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned notices dated 17.01.2014 (Annexure P-4) under Section 13(2) and notice under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement Security Interest Act, 2002.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the communication dated 01.08.2016 received from respondent No.4 - Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Yamuna Nagar accepting the one-time settlement under the One-time Payment Scheme - 2016. Copy of the said communication is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition. 3.
