(ORAL) This writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of cartiorari for quashing the notice dated 15.03.2013 (Annexure P-3) vide which the symbolic possession of the shop of the petitioner has been taken. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondents to regularize the loan account of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the parties state that the dispute has been amicably settled and an amount of ` 6,15,000/- has been paid by the petitioner as one time settlement to discharge the total outstanding amount. E-mail received to that effect has been produced in Court, which is taken on record.
