(ORAL) Prayer in the present Letters Patent Appeal filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Letters Patent Act, is for setting aside the impugned order dated 01.04.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP-9452-2026 titled as Rama Nand and others vs State of Haryana and Others, whereby, the writ petition filed by the appellants has been dismissed. 2.
