**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) On 24.01.2020 i.e. prior to Covid Pandemic, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. After that on 29.10.2022, again none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and it was clarified that in case the petitioner is remain unrepresented on the next date of hearing, this Court shall presume that petitioner is not interested in pressing the matter and this Court shall dismiss the matter for non-prosecution. Even today, none has appeared on his behalf. As such, it appears that the petitioner is no more interested to pursue the present petition.

Given above, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
