(Oral) Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submits that challenge to Rajiv Gandhi Gramin LPG Vitrak (RGGLV) Scheme has already failed. Said scheme has been upheld in judgment delivered by this court in 'All India LPG Distributors Fed. (Punjab) and others vs. Union of India and others, (2014) 176 PLR 472. According to him, an LPA was also preferred against the judgment. Same was, however, dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition and the same is hereby dismissed.
Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition in case any cause of action still survives.
