SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.242 dated 26.12.2024 under Section 304(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Section 317(2) of BNS added later on) registered at Police Station, Sadar Khanna, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana. Custody certificate of the petitioner filed in Court today is taken on record. Registry is directed to do the needful. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Allowed as prayed for.
