(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners at the instance of respondents No.4 as the petitioner No.1 became pregnant out of relationship with petitioner No.2 and respondent No.4 being her husband is against the same and to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners. The learned State counsel submits that the complaint/representation (Annexure P-3) has not been received by the office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muktsar. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
